Lahore Test After the second day's play, Pakistan scored 90 runs for the loss of one wicket

At the end of the
second day of the third and decisive Test match of the series between Pakistan
and Australia, Pakistan scored 90 runs for the loss of 1 wicket in their first
innings, Abdullah Shafiq 45. And Azhar Ali is not out for 30 runs while opener
Imam-ul-Haq made 11 runs and became LBW on the ball of Pat Cummins. Earlier,
Australia was bowled out for 391 against Pakistan. Usman Khawaja scored 91,
Cameron Green 79, Alex Carey 67, and Steve Smith 59. Shaheen Shah Afridi and
Naseem Shah were the standout batsmen for the national team. Sajid Khan and
Noman Ali took 1.1 wickets each.
The Kangaroos won the toss and elected to field in the third and final Test
at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. Shaheen was bowled by Shah Afridi without scoring
a run. This is the third time that Australian player Marinus Labushan has been
bowled out for zero against Pakistan in his Test career. Steve Smith dropped
the main catch on his own ball but after the tea break, Steve Smith scored 59
runs and became LBW on Naseem Shah's ball and opener Usman Khawaja scored 91
runs and was caught by Sajid Khan's ball, Travis Head. He returned to the
pavilion after scoring 26 runs.
The Australians, who were 232 for five at the end of the first day's play,
continued their innings on the second day when Alex Carey (67) and Cameron
Green (79) were all out for 135 before their players were dismissed.
It may be recalled that the first Test match between the two teams was
played in Rawalpindi and the second in Karachi
While in this third and final Test match played at Gaddafi Stadium in
Lahore, Australia did not make any changes in their squad for the Karachi Test
and retained the same playing XI. However, a change was made in the team by
Pakistan and Faheem Ashraf. Naseem Shah has been named in the squad for the
final Test.
Imam-ul-Haq, Abdullah Shafiq, Azhar Ali, Captain Babar Azam, Muhammad Rizwan,
Fawad Alam, Noman Ali, Sajid Khan, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Hassan Ali and Naseem.
Shah is included in Australia's playing XI while Usman Khawaja, David Warner,
Marinos LeBushin, Steve Smith, Travis Head, Cameron Green, Alex Carey, Mitchell
Stark, Pat Cummins, Nathan Lane, and Mitchell Swapson have been named in the
squad.
